NEXT STEPS AND FEES

If you would like to explore the possibility of counselling with me, please leave me a telephone message (my answering service is confidential) or send me an email and I will contact you to arrange a brief chat over the phone. If you wish to follow up with an initial consultation, this will be for about an hour, in person and will give us the chance to discuss your current situation.  We can think about whether you would like to have more sessions, if the timing is right, or if another service might be more suited to your needs.  

 

          Fees:

Initial Meeting: £55
Ongoing weekly sessions: £55

COVID - 19

I am currently able to take on some new clients for remote/online sessions via video call or telephone counselling for £45 a session.  This reflects my own reduced costs in delivering sessions.

Concessions: I am occasionally able to take on clients at a reduced rate. Please contact me and I will confirm whether such a place is available.

Session frequency: Therapy works best when there is continuity and a weekly commitment from us both. I do however appreciate that this is sometimes difficult so can accomodate some variation to this, subject to discussion.
