NHS online support for mental health

It can be difficult to find the space at the moment to find decent resources to help us manage our relationships, mood and wellbeing. If we normally do that by reaching out to others, there may be barriers to this. For those who prefer to manage things differently, it can still be difficult to find what might support you when anxiety is higher than normal and work and family circumstances are changing. Here are some links to NHS resources which can be a good place to start and a reminder that even a little time spent thinking about yourself is worthwhile and will help both you, and those around you.
